Troubleshooting

Before contacting support, please try these steps:

1. Make sure you are running macOS 14.0 (Sonoma) or later
2. If services fail to start, verify the start command works in Terminal first
3. For SSH remote services, ensure your SSH key is loaded in ssh-agent
4. For health checks, verify the URL is reachable (curl the URL)
5. For AI diagnosis, verify your API key in the provider’s dashboard
6. For Ollama: ensure ollama serve is running and your model is pulled
7. If stream rules don’t trigger, test the regex at regex101.com
8. Try quitting and reopening Agata Stack
